We aim to respond to all email enquiries within 24 hours during business days.
Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and follow the instructions sent to your registered email address. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact our support team.
Navigate to Settings within the app, then tap on "Profile." From there, you can update your name, email, phone number, and other account details.
First, ensure you're using the correct email address and password. If you've forgotten your password, use the reset function. If the issue persists, clear the app cache or reinstall the app. If you still can't log in, contact our support team.
Go to Settings within the app and tap "Notifications." You can customise which notifications you receive, including push notifications, email alerts, and in-app messages.
If you encounter any objectionable content or abusive behaviour within the app, please report it immediately by emailing support@ascendea.ai with details of the incident. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
To request account deletion, please email support@ascendea.ai from your registered email address with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.
